Wind Farm Planning Application Update
Well, it was no surprise that the planning application was approved. KBC has no reason to object as it did not contravene any planning guidelines. they did, however, stipulate certain conditions:
- The development must start within 3 years
- The permission will expire 1st March 2012
- Full details of colour and finish of the mast to be submitted and approved prior to commencement.
It appears that points 1 & 2 contradict themselves...
