Pytchley is very central and has local connections to all areas.
Kettering train station provides fast and comfortable routes south to London St Pancras - and then on via Eurostar to the continent, and north to Nottingham, Leeds, and Sheffield.
The local X4 bus service from Newland St, Kettering will take you north to Peterborough, and south to Milton Keynes. Also providing links to the country-wide coach network.
There are two bus stops in the village for both directions, one near the junction of Lower End and Orlingbury road, and the other close to the Church. The village is served by route 24.
