The Parochial Church Council has encouraged the setting up of the Pytchley Church Heritage Trust. The trust is a charity whose purpose is to raise funds for the upkeep and improvement of the parish church among the wider community and to encourage the use of the church for concerts, exhibitions and meetings. The idea is to raise interest in the fine parish church in the village among those who do not attend church as well as among those who do and the trustees include both. Those who wish to support the Trust will be invited to become "Friends of Pytchley Church". Donations and regular contributions are very welcome. The Trust organised a Musical Evening in the church on Saturday 10 November 2007 at 7 p.m. |
